- I am a Certified Real Estate Specialist: The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to realtors in the residential sales field. Less than 4% of all realtors hold the CRS Designation. Along with completion of several skills courses, accomplishment of a specific sales level must be reached to achieve this designation.
- I am an Accredited Buyer Representative: To become an AB Representative several skills courses must be completed that teach candidates higher proficiency in areas such as research techniques. Resulting, for example, in superior recognition and assessment of details about buyer concerns regarding neighborhood compatibility, like proximity of landfills and quality of local schools.
- I am currently completing EcoBroker training —the Green Designation. To achieve this status realtors complete a series of courses about topics like: running energy efficient homes for cost efficiency; recognizing eco-friendly building materials, allergens etc; and, how to proactively address potential environmental issues such as radon, asbestos, lead, and mold.
